A self- use Office building is set in Valsad on the National Highway 8. A grid of 5.0 meter square with central elongated light atrium connects various functions of a major construction house of Gujarat. Due to noise and dust factors of the surroundings a two meter deep buffer space is created with plants and pebbles. Ample use of natural light and visual connectivity of multi level workspace is casual yet in order, simple yet smart and above all easy to maintain.
