A typical office floor plat of approx. 20,000 sft. having central service core and uninterrupted glass facades all over the periphery, is in itself a challenge to plan out specific end-users requirement such as crew lounge for their officers from ship to library to cafeteria to even a VIP lounge!

All baffle partitions are fixed furniture is 300 mm detached from the floor to get floating and seamless carpeted floor, while all circulation areas around the service core is laid with white marble. Circular pendant lights is one of the features for optimized lighting while large collection of clients artifacts are spread all across the office.
