A typical shopping mall complex spread within ground & first floors with four screen multiplex at second floor level located on a major thoroughfare of Ghodbunder road in Thane. The structure is designed symmetrically having the main entry point visualised as meeting spot in the centre of complex, while car movement are restricted to both ends of the property. Use of primary colors using ACP distinguished four cinema halls which encompasses large open areas of public spaces.
