Glenmark, Navi Mumbai
This R + D Centre is set on a rectangular plot of approximately four acres, close to Millennium Park at Mahape, in Navi - Mumbai.
Here the planning revolved around two primary demarcations - Laboratory and Non Laboratory areas. The former was divided into chemical, biological and analytical , highly controlled in terms of movement, security and utility. They were strategically located in the centre, serving as focal points with easy access. The front office, library, cafeteria, administration, boardroom and scientists offices constituted the support or the non – lab areas.
