Vallabhashram's Girls School, Pardi, Gujarat

Almost all proposed structures have been connected at the first level, optimizing circulation, while also promoting, a conducive environment for exchange and learning. A series of ramps, staircases and bridges form an integral part of the architectural vocabulary, assisting in expressing the overall intent of the master plan.

The 24 class rooms housed within the school are planned over 3 levels, where each classroom is turned at an angle of 45°, adding an overall aesthetic value to the façade, while also allowing sufficient light and ventilation within the entire building.

The hostel block occupies the largest foot print on site, where the architecture is almost internalized through a series of terraces and voids. A central dining hall, with high ceiling, forms the anchor around which the residential units get organized.
