Rare Villa is set on a cliff overlooking the Mulshi lake in Lonavala.

The House is comprised of two distinct Façades, while the entrance acts as a screen; the opposite facade sequentially reveals views of the valley as one navigates through the spaces.

This elaborate house for a large family consists of three primary zones,the common areas are located in the centre, overlooking the Valley and a swimming pool . The guest zone in the north, comprises 4 guest suites, while the South is dedicated to the family with its 3 personal Bed rooms.

A continuous lawn acts as a unifier between these zones and is located at the lowest level of a stepping section. Such a configuration only helps in bringing this large family together while also allowing them, when desirable, to retreat into their own private domains.
