It is rare in today's times that six brothers, as well cousins of the same family, spread over three generations are determined to live together.
Vesu is an upcoming neighborhood in Surat. Each of the proposed six villas are grouped into North and South facing structures, anchored through a continuous landscaped podium, onto which individual houses are attached.
A meandering pathway flanked by a stone retaining wall on either sides cuts through the entire length of the podium setting up an experience as one navigates to the residential units.
Since the arrival of each unit is planned at the 1st level, one experiences an instant relief on viewing continuous stretch of lawns while transiting from the pathway to the arrival of residential units at the upper level.
The landscaped podium helps to segregate the houses, reducing the impact of a large built volume over the surrounding neighborhood. Furthermore each villa is planned as a G+2 structure, with all main areas organized between the first and second floor, segregating support areas which occupy the ground level.
Apart from the Villas, a large recreational block with common, as well as exclusive areas for the families has been proposed. The Club house is fully equipped with guest suites, gym, swimming pool, banquet hall and even a Cinelpex!
